[Example] Manufacturing and modification of pin insertion machines from other companies.
We will respond as much as possible even without existing device drawings or materials! Examples of manufacturing and modification of products from other companies.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "pin insertion device." The customer had issues such as "poor adhesion occurring," "workpieces sticking, leading to decreased production efficiency," and "the device being heavy and difficult to transport." In response, we ensured adhesion by repeating the insertion process and incorporated a mechanism to blow air from the contact surface of the insertion head during insertion to separate the workpieces, preventing sticking. We achieved a compact tabletop model weighing approximately 20 kg. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - The manufacturer went out of business, and a new one is desired. - The cylinder for insertion has air leaks. - Insufficient insertion force is causing defects. - Visual confirmation is required to prevent defective products from flowing out, which is labor-intensive. - Rust due to deterioration is adhering to the workpieces. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
